If you have a VRML plug-in for your web brower, click on the links below to view some simple VRML (.WRL) files. Although we do not endorse a particular VRML plug-in Cosmo (currently at version 2.1) seems to be very popular for use with Netscape and Internet Explorer. The VRML repository is an excellent site for general information about VRML, and a great source for applications and utilities you can use to create and view virtual worlds

With the plug-in installed you will be able to view the files below in 3D. You will be able to rotate or pan to any viewing angle. Although they take a minute or two to load (note the file size) you will be able to manipulate the object with the panel controls in the VRML viewer. If a download dialog box comes up after you have clicked on one of the files (instead of the viewer), the plug-in is not installed. Use the browser "back" button to return to this page.
