New Tooling Manufacturer
De-Lux Mold and Machine,
Inc. specializes in the design and construction of thermoplastic injection
molds, compression molds, die casting molds and blow molds ranging up to
7500 pounds. Generally, the molds we build are from 1 to 16 cavities; slides,
mechanical action and hot runners are common.
Repairs and Engineering Changes
Let's face facts! Molds never break when you don't need them. That's when
a good mold maker comes into play. If you need it fixed now and you need
it fixed right, we are here to help! Unlike other mold makers, DMM
is more than happy to perform work on your existing molds, even if you
do not have mold drawings. Over the years we have developed a reputation
for being a supplier that you can count on in a pinch.
Turn Key Mold Service
Would you like to have a mold arrive at your shop ready to run as soon as
it gets there? DMM
can not only design and build your mold; we can qualify your new tool by
doing a mold trial, providing samples, first article inspection and set-up
sheets. You will know exactly how your tool is going to perform before it
hits your door.
Project Management
Looking to place a multiple mold project? DMM
has the experience and the resources to ensure timely deliveries. We are
able to handle large mold projects by out sourcing portions of the work
and carefully monitoring these pre-qualified suppliers. Please consider

Engineering and Troubleshooting
Are you having difficulty designing your product to be manufactured as a moldable part? Are there issues with existing parts or molds that you would like to see resolved? DMM can help you with product development and will work with you to develop solutions to your specific tooling problems.
Fixturing
DMM builds fixtures for checking parts (go, no-go gauges), cooling fixtures, hot stamping and pad printing fixtures and fixtures for secondary machining or de-flashing operations.
Production Machining
Let us supply your custom machined parts. We typically do low volume (> 5000/year) production machining and will stock your parts ready for shipment.
